Return and Exchange Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we prioritize the safety and quality of the products for all customers. Therefore, the following conditions apply:

First: Return Conditions

  • Returns can be requested within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging and all tags attached.

  • The customer bears the shipping and return costs, unless the error was from the store’s side or the product is defective or not as described.

Second: Exchange Conditions

  • Exchanges can be requested within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, with the packaging and tags.

  • The replacement product must be available in stock at the time of the exchange request.

  • If the exchange is requested for reasons other than a product defect, the customer bears the shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Returns or exchanges may not be accepted if the product has been used or opened in a way that affects its safety, due to the nature of the products.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect or an order error, please contact us within the specified period and the request will be processed according to the applicable regulations.
